February Challenge: Abs
This months challenge is to focus on your abdominal muscles. This will take 5-10 minutes to complete.
~If the sets are to difficult, cut back and build your endurance.
~If the sets are too easy, add more to make it a challenge. You can always repeat.
~This challenge is for you, nobody else. You are the one that can make it happen!
