I am a health nut and fitness freak. I have 2 beautiful daughters and amazing supportive husband. I have found a passion for baking and cooking nutritious foods with the least amount of calories.
This page is dedicated to Makenna, who was diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome. She inspires me everyday to live a happy, healthy and active lifestyle. I want to create a healthy environment for her.

With my passion for nutrition and fitness, I hope I can spread awareness about PWS and create healthy recipes for everyone to enjoy without ever feeling deprived.

She has given me new hope to move forward with my passions.  I will focus on nutrition consulting to families with PWS around the world, and those with dealing with obesity.  Childhood obesity will be an emphasis. I look forward to sharing my journey with you all!
