Green Egg White Muffins
6 extra-large egg whites
1 medium zucchini
2 cups spinach
2oz fat free feta
Pepper, garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. In a food processor, chop zucchini and spinach
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Scoop 1/4 mixture into a greased muffin pan.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through
