Apple Pie Protein Bread

I had a few apples that I needed to use, along with making some protein bread for me and my hubby! I thought about apple pie and have been seeing some healthy treats and desserts lately!

These protein bars contain no eggs. That really doesn’t make them Vegan or anything special, but in case you may have an egg allergy, these turned out great and stuck together.

Apple Pie Protein Bread

Ingredients:
-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-1.5 cups ground old-fashioned oats
-1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt
-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
-4oz Braeburn apple (1/2 cup) chopped into small pieces or apple of choice
-1 tablespoon cinnamon or more if you like it

Directions:
1. Mix the protein powder and oats and cinnamon together
2. Add all wet ingredients and mix
3. Add chopped apple
4. Place into bread pan
5. Place into over and bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through
