Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

1 1/2 cup quick oats
2 scoops Dymatize chocolate protein powder (or whatever kind you like/use)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup non-fat greek yogurt
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Pour into a greased bread pan
3. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through

Description My daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome which in a nutshell, (but please feel free to google for more information) will cause a chronic feeling of hunger that, coupled with a metabolism that utilizes drastically fewer calories than normal, can lead to excessive eating and life-threatening obesity.
