Coconut Flour Chocolate Brownies
I love chocolate and love to create desserts. I have been using coconut flour, but its been a slippery slope for me, in terms of the right consistency. I am getting there and will soon be on my way to creating more of my own dessert creations for everyone.
In looking online I found this amazing website, Comfy Belly, and then I found what I was looking for…. Coconut Flour Brownies…. Of course I adapted things the way I like and these came out amazing. They are not cake like or fudgey like brownies, but more of a tarte like texture…..
I warm a piece up at night with some greek yogurt on top! Perfect, filling and healthy dessert! Love it…. I hope you do too!
