2 large tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 white onion
5-6 garlic cloves (or more for you garlic lovers)
Broil/roast tomatoes, onion and garlic for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway. Then cut 1/2 jalapeno into chunks. Place everything into a food processor.
You can always play around with homemade salsa. Get different jalapenos, add more garlic, different spices. This is a basic recipe that I use for salsa or to place on top of my enchiladas!
