Get your crockpot out and create this easy, healthy dinner to put on spaghetti, in a meatball sub or to eat alone.
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
-Use ground chicken breast, mix in some pepper, sea salt and garlic pepper. *Feel free to add in whatever spices you like.
-Make 1.5″ sized balls, then place them into the crockpot.
-Whisk together 1/4 cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Pour over meatballs.
-Let simmer on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring halfway.
