Accountability, accountability and more accountability!!
There are many days that I do great with my eating and workout plans, then at night, something happens while I am watching T.V. and the cravings surface. I start digging into the pantry and pull out things that I try to remove from my diet. I basically ruin all the hard work from the day by those 10 minutes of senseless eating!
I am starting this challenge to push myself to doing something every night while watching T.V. when those cravings surface. My plan is that when they begin, I will do the “ab” challenge. Here’s to making it work, changing old habits and creating new ones!
